Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Completion and maintenance of all company-required trainings and certifications
- Ability to perform mental math as needed
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Capability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting up to 65 lbs, and working in various weather conditions
- Adherence to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto

Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody the company culture and build relationships with customers and team members
- Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy of orders consistently
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude throughout all interactions
- Show up to work on time and communicate availability and absences properly
- Support teammates by helping out as needed
