Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required
- Availability to work scheduled shifts including mandatory meetings
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and be active for long periods
- Capability to lift up to 65 pounds
- English language proficiency
- Successful completion of training and certifications
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service or retail experience is beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages valued
- Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10-hour shifts
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 65 pounds
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu items and current specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by building meaningful relationships
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a positive attitude and uplift team members
- Be punctual and reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Support team members by helping out when needed
