Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Ensure reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings and certifications
- Be able to stand, walk, and move during shifts up to 10 hours
- Able to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Demonstrate proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to perform basic math
- Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Uphold and embody Dutch Bros' company culture and values
- Ensure speed, quality, and service to deliver orders accurately
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude in all customer and team interactions
- Show up on time, communicate availability, and follow proper call out procedures
- Support teammates as needed and contribute to an efficient work environment
