Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Food handler permit or certification as required by local laws
Ability to stand and be active during shifts up to 10 hours
Ability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to follow company policies and complete required trainings

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Basic math skills for cash handling
Food handler permit or certification as required
Willingness to complete and maintain required trainings and certifications
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a special moment
Educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials

Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy in every order

Be reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts
