Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Completion and passing of required training and knowledge tests
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts and meetings
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English
- Physical capability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift during shifts
- Adherence to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Ability to perform mental math during cash handling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform mental math
- English proficiency required, other languages a plus
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Willingness to complete training programs and certifications
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu options, products, and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by building meaningful relationships
- Be consistent in providing speed, quality, and accurate service
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism
- Be reliable by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Help out with various tasks and support team members as needed
