Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Completion of all required trainings and knowledge tests
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and complete all required training and certifications
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
Job Duties
- Engage customers with a smile and provide personalized service
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials
