Job Requirements

  • Must have a food handler permit or certification where required
  • Must be able to pass and maintain all required training and certifications
  • Must have reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
  • Must be able to perform mental math and basic cash handling
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in written, oral, and verbal communication in English
  • Must be physically able to stand, walk, lift, push, and work in variable weather conditions
  • Must adhere to all company policies including the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience valued
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, additional language skills a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Capability to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and lifting up to 65 pounds

  • Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
  • Ask questions and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials

  • Maintain consistency by delivering speed, quality, and service in every order
