Job Requirements
- Must have a food handler permit or certification where required
- Must be able to pass and maintain all required training and certifications
- Must have reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Must be able to perform mental math and basic cash handling
- Must demonstrate proficiency in written, oral, and verbal communication in English
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, lift, push, and work in variable weather conditions
- Must adhere to all company policies including the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience valued
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, additional language skills a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Capability to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing and lifting up to 65 pounds
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask questions and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the company culture to ensure meaningful relationships with customers
- Maintain consistency by delivering speed, quality, and service in every order
- Stay positive and spread optimism among teammates and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates and support the team as needed
