Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for shifts and meetings
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
- Proficient in English communication
- Willingness to work varying shifts including possible early mornings, nights, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide excellent service
- Help customers learn the menu, products, and current specials
- Uphold Dutch Bros culture by embodying company values
- Ensure speed, quality, and service are consistent
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude in all interactions
- Arrive on time and communicate availability
- Support teammates as needed during shifts
