Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Completion and maintenance of all required trainings and certifications
- Adherence to company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
- English proficiency in verbal, written, and oral communication
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items during shifts
- Obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including mandatory meetings
Job Qualifications
- Passion for customer service and team collaboration
- Strong communication skills in English
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform simple mental math
- Food handler permit or certification as per local regulations
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds when necessary
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody the company culture and build relationships with customers
- Consistently deliver speed, quality, and service as per company standards
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism among coworkers
- Show up on time, communicate availability, and follow call out procedures
- Support team members and assist as needed during shifts
