Job Requirements
- obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- ability to stand and be in motion for up to 10 hours
- physical ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- proficiency in english communication
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to perform mental math
- proficiency in english required, additional languages valued
- effective interpersonal skills and teamwork
- adaptability to changing work environment
- customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

- greet and thank each customer with a smile
- help customers learn the menu, products, and specials

- ensure speed, quality, and service consistency
