Job Requirements

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to follow company recipes and procedures
  • Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workstation

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Broiler Cook or similar kitchen role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare center of the plate items quickly and efficiently according to Cattlemens recipes and standards
  • Coordinate the efforts of Broiler Assistants to maintain smooth kitchen operations
  • Manage the timing of orders to ensure prompt service
  • Conduct quality control checks for all food items before service
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in the kitchen
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines and company policies
  • Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff
