Job Requirements
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
- Previous cooking experience preferred

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Broiler Cook or similar kitchen role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Prepare center of the plate items quickly and efficiently according to Cattlemens recipes and standards
- Coordinate the efforts of Broiler Assistants to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Manage the timing of orders to ensure prompt service
- Conduct quality control checks for all food items before service
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in the kitchen
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and company policies
- Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff
