- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Prepare all center-of-the-plate items quickly and efficiently according to recipes and standards
- Coordinate efforts of Broiler Assistants
- Manage timing of orders to ensure prompt service
- Maintain quality control for all items served
- Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment
- Participate in food safety training and certification programs
- Assist with training and development of kitchen team members
