  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare all center-of-the-plate items quickly and efficiently according to recipes and standards
  • Coordinate efforts of Broiler Assistants
  • Manage timing of orders to ensure prompt service
  • Maintain quality control for all items served
  • Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Participate in food safety training and certification programs
  • Assist with training and development of kitchen team members
