Proven experience as a line cook up to 3-5 years
knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods including grilling, sauteing, baking, and pasta
ability to work in a team

Job Duties

Set up workstations
cook food with various utensils
ensure a great presentation by dressing dishes
keep a sanitized and orderly workstation
check the quality of the ingredients
monitor stock, rotate, and place orders when needed
work under pressure for high-volume parties and catering events
be creative in planning dinner features
work hand in hand with the Chef in daily tasks, inventories, making soups and prep
