Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold food items such as salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers
- Portion, wash, peel, slice, and mix vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients
- Carve and slice meats and cheese accurately
- Measure and mix ingredients to create salad dressings, sauces, salads, and other food items following recipes
- Ensure food preparation meets quality and presentation standards
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and food safety in the work area, including prep tables and refrigeration units
- Adhere to safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions immediately
