Job Requirements
- One year of related progressive experience as a culinary graduate and/or at least one year of progressive culinary experience in a hotel restaurant or food outlet facility or related field helpful
- State or local law may require a certificate upon completion of state-certified proper food handling certification
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English effectively
- Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required

- Knowledge of safe food handling procedures

- Experience with cooking meat to a safe temperature using a drawer broiler
Job Duties
- Set up the broiler
- Broil and grill all meat on the menu when ordered
- Prepare sauces and accompanying garnishes for all broiled and grilled menu items
- Requisition supplies needed to broil meats
- Cover, date and neatly store all meats, poultry and seafood
- Clean and sanitize the broiler station
- Set up, maintain and break down butcher station
