Job Requirements

  • ability to accurately perform measurement conversions
  • ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • advanced kitchen operations aptitude

  • proven collaboration and teamwork skills

  • must successfully complete restaurant training program
  • authorization to work in the United States

  • SERV Safe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time in proper uniform
  • maintain professional demeanor and personal hygiene
  • ensure a safe and orderly workstation
  • prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • adhere to sanitation and food safety protocols
  • communicate and monitor ticket times to ensure timely food flow
  • assist with kitchen closing duties and equipment maintenance
