- High school diploma or G.E.D
- ability to accurately perform measurement conversions
- ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- advanced kitchen operations aptitude
- attention to detail
- proven collaboration and teamwork skills
- strong communication abilities
- sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds
- must successfully complete restaurant training program
- authorization to work in the United States

- SERV Safe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Report to work on time in proper uniform
- maintain professional demeanor and personal hygiene
- ensure a safe and orderly workstation
- prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- adhere to sanitation and food safety protocols
- communicate and monitor ticket times to ensure timely food flow
- assist with kitchen closing duties and equipment maintenance
