Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a broiler chef or similar culinary position
  • Ability to broil grill and saute proteins
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity

Job Duties

  • Ability to broil grill and/or saute and to use a top broiler to prepare proteins to desired doneness
  • Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of broiling station
  • Monitor food quality and freshness per restaurant standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
