Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year cooking experience in a restaurant setting
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
  • Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a broiler chef or similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of grilling and sautéing techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Culinary certification or degree is a plus
  • Understanding of food safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Ability to broil, grille and/or sauté and to use a top broiler to prepare proteins to desired doneness
  • Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests expectations
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices
