- knowledge of broiling, grilling and sautéing techniques
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Ability to broil, grille and/or sauté proteins to desired doneness
- coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
- follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of broiler station
- assist with inventory control and stock management
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
