Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience working in a restaurant kitchen
  • capability to operate broilers and grills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a broiler chef or similar kitchen role
  • strong knowledge of broiling, grilling, and sautéing techniques
  • ability to follow recipes and presentation guidelines accurately
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • food safety certification is preferred

Job Duties

  • Ability to broil proteins to desired doneness
  • grill and sauté foods as required
  • use a top-broiler and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • coordinate food orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • follow recipe guidelines and maintain presentation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the broiling station
  • collaborate with kitchen team members to optimize workflow
