Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Food handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to follow safety hygiene and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a broiler chef or similar role in a restaurant
  • Knowledge of broiling grilling and sautéing techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Culinary certification or relevant training preferred

Job Duties

  • Ability to broil grille andor saute and to use a top broiler to prepare proteins to desired doneness
  • Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the broiling station
  • Monitor food quality and ensure proper portion control
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to enhance guest satisfaction
