Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to follow safety hygiene and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a broiler chef or similar role in a restaurant
- Knowledge of broiling grilling and sautéing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Culinary certification or relevant training preferred
Job Duties
- Ability to broil grille andor saute and to use a top broiler to prepare proteins to desired doneness
- Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
- Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the broiling station
- Monitor food quality and ensure proper portion control
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to enhance guest satisfaction
