Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

  • Experience in broiling, grilling, and sautéing proteins
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

Job Duties

  • Ability to broil, grille and/or saute, and to use a top-broiler to prepare proteins to desired doneness
  • Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the broiling station
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Monitor food inventory and report shortages or issues
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
