Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a broiler chef or similar culinary position
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Food handler's certification preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar broiler chef role
- Knowledge of cooking techniques for broiling, grilling, and sautéing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
- Good communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Ability to broil, grille and/or sauté proteins to desired doneness
- Use a top-broiler to prepare proteins
- Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
- Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
