Job Duties
- Report to the appropriate workstation on time in clean uniform with proper tools
- communicate with the supervisor regarding potential problems
- perform job duties in accordance with club policies procedures and standards
- maintain workstation in a neat safe and clean manner utilizing proper handling and storage procedures
- ensure freshness and quality of food products
- assist in banquet preparation and pickups when requested
- maintain optimal temperature for deep fat fryer and gas grill
- produce finest quality product with a positive attitude
- assist colleagues as needed
- properly rotate all food items in workstation and kitchen
- properly use equipment in compliance with club rules
- communicate shift concerns with co-workers
- attend pre-shift meetings
