Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness
  • Good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain clean, sanitized and safe work environment
  • Assist in food inventory and storage management
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to maintain efficient operations
