Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in the food and beverage service industry
- education may be considered in place of experience
- ability to work the second shift schedule
- must be available to work three Sundays per year
- willingness to work some weekends and holidays
- must have a passion for service and teamwork

- must have prior culinary experience

Job Duties
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas
- ensure freshness of food and ingredients
- ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature
- collaborate on menu and food preparation techniques and substitutions when necessary
- present, portion, and garnish food in an appealing manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of broiler, grill, and sauté stations
- comply with all food safety and sanitation standards
