Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or similar level of higher education
- Minimum 6 years of experience in event management preferably in broadcast environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in major sports events or FIFA events
- Proven ability to work under pressure in multicultural and time-sensitive environments
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and planning software
- Familiarity with assigned stadium and city is a plus
- Spanish or French language skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Oversee planning and implementation of stadium broadcast facilities and services in line with FIFA requirements
- Collaborate with FIFA departments, stadium management, and Host Broadcaster to align construction, logistics, and operations with broadcast needs
- Act as primary contact for stadium broadcast team to facilitate communication
- Maintain overview of all broadcast operations at the stadium
- Monitor broadcast facility management progress and proactively manage risks and issues
- Ensure compliance and operational readiness of broadcast infrastructure including commentary positions and camera platforms
- Oversee seamless broadcast operations during event period
- Coordinate implementation of non-technical broadcast services like security and cleaning
- Support onsite broadcast teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability
- Build and maintain relationships with FIFA departments and local authorities
- Represent FIFA's broadcast interests at venue coordination meetings
- Prepare detailed progress reports and readiness updates during planning and delivery phases
- Provide daily broadcast operations status reports to broadcast headquarters during tournament
- Conduct post-event assessments and evaluate broadcast operations for improvement opportunities
- Ensure broadcast operations comply with FIFA's sustainability, safety, and accessibility standards
