Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to bend, climb, sit, and lift over 75 pounds
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- A customer-first approach to problem-solving
- Ability to pass BPI certification within 12 months

Job Duties
- Install and troubleshoot voice and data services using the latest test equipment and following safety and installation guidelines
- Maintain vehicle inventory and safety compliance
- Handle physical tasks like climbing, digging, and drilling while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide timely, detailed paperwork and feedback to help improve services
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous training and development
- Participate in on-call and shift work as required
