Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- physical ability to perform duties including opening and closing tasks
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry
- strong knowledge of menu items and food preparation
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple shifts and responsibilities
- experience in staff training and development
- ability to maintain high standards of service
- flexibility to attend meetings and training sessions
Job Duties
- Manage and lead 3 - 5 shifts per week
- demonstrate exceptional leadership
- demonstrate knowledge of the menu including preparation, ingredients, and description
- provide training and accountability for all staff
- delegate staff responsibilities as needed
- anticipate and deliver exceptional service on a consistent basis
- attend department meetings and training sessions
- perform and/or manage opening and closing duties as assigned
