Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a sous chef or in a similar role
- understanding of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
Job Qualifications
- experience in kitchen management
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong leadership and team management skills
- proficiency in inventory management
- ability to work efficiently under pressure
- relevant bartending skills

Job Duties
- assist in managing kitchen and kitchen personnel
- direct, implement, and maintain company culture philosophy among staff
- ensure quality of food preparation for all menu items
- oversee proper storage and handling of food items
- comply with company, state, federal, local, and health department standards
- manage inventory and food preparation processes
- supervise food production and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
