Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Physical stamina to endure frequent movement and standing
- Knowledge of table setup and guest service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Comprehension of state liquor laws and company policies

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to tables in an efficient and courteous manner
- Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintain cleanliness
- Create and contribute to a high-energy, guest-focused environment
- Communicate effectively with management and staff fostering respect
- Model and uphold company culture and service standards
- Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and company policies
- Inspect tables and stations, report deficiencies and maintain proper setups
