Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
  • Physical stamina to endure frequent movement and standing
  • Knowledge of table setup and guest service standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Comprehension of state liquor laws and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and restaurant operations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high energy and a positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to tables in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintain cleanliness
  • Create and contribute to a high-energy, guest-focused environment
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff fostering respect
  • Model and uphold company culture and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and company policies
  • Inspect tables and stations, report deficiencies and maintain proper setups
