Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a culinary leadership role
  • understanding of inventory management and food cost controls
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
  • effective interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in managing kitchen operations preferably in Italian cuisine
  • strong leadership and team development skills

  • ability to manage operational budgets including food cost and labor

Job Duties

  • create lifetime guests by delivering uncompromising quality service
  • ensure the highest level of food quality and consistency in a clean, safe, profitable, and fun environment
  • lead the chef family in preparing great tasting Italian food
  • be responsible for operational efficiency and EBITDA of all back of house functions
  • hire the best BOH employees
  • train and retain new and experienced employees
  • consistently develop employees' skills in cooking, food preparation, safety, and sanitation
