Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a culinary leadership role
- understanding of inventory management and food cost controls
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- effective interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in managing kitchen operations preferably in Italian cuisine
- strong leadership and team development skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to manage operational budgets including food cost and labor

Job Duties
- create lifetime guests by delivering uncompromising quality service
- ensure the highest level of food quality and consistency in a clean, safe, profitable, and fun environment
- lead the chef family in preparing great tasting Italian food
- be responsible for operational efficiency and EBITDA of all back of house functions
- hire the best BOH employees
- train and retain new and experienced employees
- consistently develop employees' skills in cooking, food preparation, safety, and sanitation
