Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in kitchen supervision or management
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • ability to lead and train staff effectively
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • good communication abilities
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen or restaurant environment
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • culinary training or certification preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Create lifetime guests by delivering uncompromising quality service
  • ensure the highest level of food quality and consistency
  • lead the kitchen team in preparing great tasting Italian food
  • manage operational efficiency and profitability of back of house functions
  • hire, train, and retain back of house employees
  • ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • monitor inventory, ordering, and food preparation to match guest counts
  • conduct regular menu tastings and quality checks
  • coach and develop kitchen staff
  • maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
