Job Requirements

  • ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work area
  • ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company standards of operation
  • inspect cleanliness and organization of line workstations
  • rectify deficiencies and maintain throughout the shift
  • retrieve dirty dishes from the line, counter, or service assistant trays
  • sort dirty dishes into racks
  • place rack through dishwashing system, following all safety precautions and standards
  • sort and shelve clean dishes per company standards

Job Qualifications

  • one to two years experience and/or training preferred
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience
