Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage offerings a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Provide courteous and efficient service of food and beverages to guests
- Assist in opening and closing tasks for the restaurant and equipment
- Create and maintain high-energy, guest-focused environment
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Adhere to company standards regarding guest service and alcohol service laws
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, and daily specials
- Prepare guest checks and process payments following cash and credit card handling procedures
