Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement for service of alcoholic beverages
- Two years experience and/or training in mixology, liquor, and food service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of company policies and service standards
- Compliance with state liquor laws
- Experience with cash handling procedures

Job Duties
- Create an operation that values company standards of guest service
- Ensure every point of contact with guests meets or exceeds expectations
- Maintain a high-energy environment promoting engagement and enjoyment
- Communicate effectively with management and staff
- Model and execute company practices throughout the operation
- Make sound decisions benefiting guests and team members
- Ensure compliance with service of alcoholic beverages age requirements
- Provide prompt and friendly service
- Maintain a professional and ethical manner
- Comply with company standards for serving potentially intoxicated guests
- Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
- Document all accidents and incidents per company policies
- Maintain complete knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic menu items, brands, and daily specials
- Know designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
- Abide by state liquor regulations preventing service to minors and intoxicated patrons
- Maintain knowledge of bar setups, hours, prices, and inventory
- Greet guests and take orders using suggestive selling and upselling techniques
- Prepare guest checks and process payments following cash and credit card procedures
