Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
  • Basic computer skills
  • Availability to work part-time on weekends
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to maintain organization and multitask under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, retail, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Positive, warm, and professional demeanor
  • Basic computer and scheduling software skills
  • Interest or experience in bridal fashion or retail is a plus

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet brides and guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
  • Manage the appointment calendar, schedule appointments, confirm upcoming appointments, and handle rescheduling
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and accurate information
  • Check brides in and guide them through the boutique experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing front desk and reception area
  • Assist with processing payments, creating bride registrations, and updating customer records
  • Support bridal stylists by preparing fitting rooms and keeping dresses and accessories neatly arranged
  • Provide a calm, helpful presence in a high-emotion environment
