Job Requirements

Minimum two years of bar-specific experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well spoken, courteous, and professional to guests and employees
Dedication to hospitality, education, and employee development
Comprehensive food, beverage, and spirits knowledge
Exceptional service and floor skills
Self-motivated with ability to multitask, prioritize, and move with urgency
Strong knowledge of POS and computer systems
Must hold current Tips or 21+ certification or be willing to obtain it
Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Minimum of two years bar-specific experience

Knowledge of food, beverage, and spirits
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with POS and computer systems
Must be well-spoken, courteous, and professional
Completion of Tips or 21+ training

Job Duties

Prepare and serve classic and innovative cocktails to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a memorable guest experience
Manage multiple orders while prioritizing speed and accuracy
Uphold a hospitable, professional demeanor with guests and staff alike
Educate guests on drink selections and the spirits program
Collaborate with management to enhance the spirits offerings and cocktail menu
