Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights
- Willingness and availability to regularly work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and be physically active for extended periods
- Ability to follow company procedures for time off requests
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and uplifting demeanor under pressure
- Adherence to hygiene and dress code standards
- Ability to perform cleaning, stocking, and maintenance duties as assigned
- Compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions when required
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights
- Regularly work weekends and be available to work holidays if necessary
- Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions
- Work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Can work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work on feet for several hours at a time
- Ability to climb a ladder and use a step ladder
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary
- Ability to safely walk in between and around cars in a drive-through lane
- Ability to safely use a utility knife
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key them into the point-of-sale system
- Collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to the customer
- Prepare all drinks and premixes
- Always move with urgency on the customer’s time
- Stay productive and proactive throughout the entire shift, even when business is slow
- Make personal connections with customers every day through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and open positive body language
- Know the menu and drink customizations inside and out, help customers identify and correctly order their desired drink, offer suggestions and recommendations when appropriate
- Bring their best self to work every day including good hygiene and appropriate attire
- Be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
- Be clocked in and ready to work at their assigned position when their shift begins
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations
