Job Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays if necessary
- Ability to create and maintain genuine uplifting interactions
- Ability to work carefully and quickly with hot water, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Ability to work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for several hours at a time
- Ability to climb ladders and use step ladders
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed
- Ability to safely walk in drive through lane
- Ability to safely use a utility knife
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and warmly
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of coffee and drink preparation techniques is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key them into point-of-sale system
- Collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to customers
- Prepare all drinks and premixes
- Move with urgency on the customer's time
- Stay productive and proactive throughout the entire shift even when business is slow
- Make personal connections with customers every day through genuine interactions and warm smiles
- Know the menu and drink customizations thoroughly and offer suggestions
- Bring their best self to work every day with good hygiene and appropriate dress
- Be familiar with shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
- Clock in and be ready to work at assigned position on shift start
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and sanitation regulations
