Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
- Ability to occasionally climb ladder and stepladder
- Ability to work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of coffee and drink preparation
- Ability to engage authentically with customers
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Conversing with customers to confirm drink orders
- Prepare all drinks and premixes
- Collect payments for orders using POS system
- Make personal connections with customers everyday through genuine interactions
- Know the menu and drink customizations inside and out
- Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies during shift
