Job Requirements
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
- ability to occasionally climb a ladder and stepladder
- ability to work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
- good communication skills
- enthusiasm for creating positive customer experiences
Job Qualifications
- good communication skills
- familiarity with coffee and drink menus
- ability to engage customers positively
- experience with POS systems preferred
- ability to work in a team environment
- basic knowledge of customer service principles
Job Duties
- Conversing with customers to confirm drink orders
- prepare all drinks and premixes
- collect payments for orders using POS system
- make personal connections with customers everyday through genuine interactions
- maintaining cleanliness and stocking during every shift
