Job Duties
- Demonstrates the core values of 7 Brew by maintaining a consistently upbeat, positive, and energetic attitude that helps create a welcoming environment for every guest
- greets each customer with genuine enthusiasm, making quick, friendly conversation that feels personal and authentic
- takes customer orders accurately and efficiently through the drive-thru, using strong listening skills and a clear, friendly speaking voice
- prepares a wide range of beverages including coffees, espressos, lattes, teas, energy drinks, shakes, and customized specialty creations following all 7 Brew recipes and standards
- checks each drink for accuracy, taste, temperature, and presentation before serving
- works comfortably in a fast-paced, high-energy environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- provides guests with recommendations or drink suggestions when asked using strong product knowledge
- operates the point-of-sale system confidently and quickly, processing payments and giving correct change
- maintains a clean and organized workstation, restocking supplies, cleaning surfaces, and handling trash
- adheres to all health, sanitation, and food safety standards
- collaborates effectively with fellow Brewistas and shift leaders to keep operations smooth
- responds calmly and helpfully to unexpected challenges such as high order volume or equipment issues
- exhibits strong teamwork by assisting others and supporting coworkers
- takes direction from shift leads and managers with professionalism and openness
- helps with opening and closing duties including preparing ingredients, restocking, and cleaning
- stays knowledgeable about new drink items, seasonal beverages, promotions, and recipe changes
