Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- physical stamina to meet job demands
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- willingness to occasionally climb ladders and stepladders
- ability to work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather conditions
- knowledge of coffee and drink preparation preferred
- customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Conversing with customers to confirm drink orders
- prepare all drinks and premixes
- collect payments for orders using POS system
- make personal connections with customers everyday through genuine interactions
- maintain knowledge of menu and drink customizations
- clean and stock work areas during shifts
- assist team members as needed
