Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- reliable and punctual
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills

- capable of standing for up to 8 hours
- comfortable climbing ladders and stepladders occasionally
- able to work outside in various weather conditions
- prior customer service experience preferred
- enthusiasm for coffee and community engagement
Job Duties
- Conversing with customers to confirm drink orders
- prepare all drinks and premixes
- collect payments for orders using POS system
- make personal connections with customers everyday through genuine interactions
- maintain cleanliness and stock levels
- communicate menu and drink customizations knowledgeably
- assist teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
