Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to occasionally climb ladders and stepladders
- Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prepare and customize coffee drinks
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred
- Ability to handle POS transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Familiarity with coffee menu and drink customizations is a plus
Job Duties
- Conversing with customers to confirm drink orders
- Prepare all drinks and premixes
- Collect payments for orders using POS system
- Make personal connections with customers everyday through genuine interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of the work area during shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Ensure adherence to 7Brew's quality and service standards
