Job Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
can stand for up to 8 hours continuously
occasionally climb a ladder or stepladder
able to work outside for prolonged periods regardless of weather
high school diploma or equivalent
legalized to work in the country

Job Qualifications

Good communication skills
ability to handle fast-paced environment
customer service experience preferred
knowledge of coffee drink preparation helpful but not required
ability to work cooperatively in a team setting

Job Duties

Conversing with customers to confirm drink orders
prepare all drinks and premixes
collect payments for orders using POS system
make personal connections with customers everyday through genuine interactions
clean and stock during every shift
