Job Requirements
- Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel
- must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision
- must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently
- must be able to speak, understand, and communicate the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- must possess excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
- must have the ability to push, pull, bend, squat, and lift on a regular basis
- use of safety requirements such as PPE as needed for duty assigned and with the use of required tools and equipment
- must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Greet the guests and take all food and beverage orders
- ensure all orders are accurate with requests and substitutions
- be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients in relation to common dietary restrictions
- pre and post-bus tables in assigned stations
- maintain a clean dining area at all times
- responsible for receiving all payments accurately and timely
- performing necessary opening/closing and side work duties
