Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

  • Greet the guests and take all food and beverage orders
  • ensure all orders are accurate with requests and substitutions
  • be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients in relation to common dietary restrictions
  • pre and post-bus tables in assigned stations
  • maintain a clean dining area at all times
  • responsible for receiving all payments accurately and timely
  • performing necessary opening/closing and side work duties
