Job Requirements
- Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel

Job Duties
- Assist the service staff in the service of food for the guest
- ensure service is more efficient and timelier and to guarantee the best possible dining experience for the guest
- complete opening, closing, and side work
- set up food carts and stations for service
- communicate with and support all staff to better serve the guests
- deliver food and beverage to guests in an accurate and timely manner
- expo build tickets on food and kitchen line
- monitor each guest's dining experience
- pre-set tables for dining and clear tables for next course
- be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients with relation to common dietary restrictions
- maintain a clean dining area at all times
- ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par
- report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered
- monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
- follow 4 keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards
- follow safety and security procedures
- work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team
- follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve standards of operations
- adhere to attendance and reliability standards
- follow all additional duties as assigned by management
