Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist the service staff in the service of food for the guest
  • ensure service is more efficient and timelier and to guarantee the best possible dining experience for the guest
  • complete opening, closing, and side work
  • set up food carts and stations for service
  • communicate with and support all staff to better serve the guests
  • deliver food and beverage to guests in an accurate and timely manner
  • expo build tickets on food and kitchen line
  • monitor each guest's dining experience
  • pre-set tables for dining and clear tables for next course
  • be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients with relation to common dietary restrictions
  • maintain a clean dining area at all times
  • ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par
  • report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
  • follow 4 keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards
  • follow safety and security procedures
  • work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team
  • follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve standards of operations
  • adhere to attendance and reliability standards
  • follow all additional duties as assigned by management
