Job Requirements
- Understand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotel
- Must be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervision
- Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task efficiently
- Must be able to speak and understand and communicate the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must possess excellent communication, follow up, and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to push, pull, bend, squat, and lift on a regular basis
- Safety utilize PPE requirements as needed for duty assigned and with use of required tools and equipment
- Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy

Job Duties
- Assists the service staff in the service of food for the guest
- Ensure service is more efficient and timelier and to guarantee the best possible dining experience for the guest
- Completes opening, closing, and side work
- Sets up food carts and stations for service
- Communicates with and supports all staff to better serve the guests
- Deliver food and beverage to guests in an accurate and timely manner
- Expo build tickets on food and kitchen line
- Monitor each guest's dining experience
- Pre-set tables for dining and clear tables for next course
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients with relation to common dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean dining area at all times
- Ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par
- Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
- Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team
- Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve standards of operations
- Adhere to attendance and reliability standards
- Follow all additional duties as assigned by management
